Reviewing your care

Reviewing care with the family At any time, you can ask for your service to be reviewed, or your Personal Plan to be updated. You might want to change the support we offer, or the timing of visits, or your needs may have changed.

You only have to speak to your Home Care Worker, or phone Marie or Lynsey on 01620 826335 and ask for a review. Either Marie or Lynsey will come out to your home and discuss this with you, and your family if you would like them present.

In any case, we will review your Personal Plan with you every six months.
