You will have high quality support and supervision from our management team, personal development opportunities such as training in dementia support, and if you don’t already have an SVQ 2 we will meet the fees.

Other terms include: induction training paid at the full rate with a total induction programme of 12 weeks; shadowing with an experienced member of staff when first working with clients; 28 days paid holiday (pro rata if working part-time); 30p pm mileage rate; on call support for emergencies; staff pension after completing your probationary period.

At Home in East Lothian does not use zero hours contracts, and pays above the Scottish Living Wage.
